Rotisserie Ema Catering Instagram Sweepstakes Official Rules
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. No purchase
necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes,
customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.
How to play: Starting at 10:00 AM CST January 30, 2023 and ending at 10:00 AM
CST February 6, 2023, enter for a chance to win one catering pick-up order from
Rotisserie Ema with an approximate retail value of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
redeemable for pick-up only no later than February 28, 2023 at Ema 74 W. Illinois
Chicago, IL 60654 by going to the Ema Instagram page
https://www.instagram.com/emachicago/ (“Promotion Site”), following Ema
@emachicago, “Like” the post and tagging a friend in the comment section.
Comment/Tag as many times as you wish. Each comment/tag will be a separate
entry. One winner will be randomly selected and notified by 5:00 PM CST February 6,
2023, by Instagram direct message. Winner must respond/accept the prize within 24
hours to remain eligible. In order to redeem the prize winner will be required to
email emaparties@leye.com and place their order from the Rotisserie Ema catering
menu located at https://www.rotisserieema.com for pick-up no later than
restaurant’s closing time February 28, 2023 at 74 W. Illinois St. Chicago, IL 60654.
Check website heretofore referenced for store hours. Valid government issued
identification will be required for prize pick up.
No alcoholic beverages, transportation, travel or accommodations are included. If
winner does not respond withing 24 hours of notification or fails to provide adequate
information for prize pick up, the prize may be considered forfeited and an alternate
winner may be chosen by Sponsor in their absolute and sole discretion. Prize
includes one $300.00 one-time catering order with an approximate retail value of
three hundred dollars (tax and gratuity not included) (total approximate retail value
of the prize is Three Hundred Dollars). Not valid with any other promotion or offer,
not valid for gratuity or tax, not valid for alcohol, not valid toward Lettuce Entertain
You Frequent Diner points, not valid for discounts, delivery or redeemable for cash or
refund of any kind. Good for one time use only prior to February 28, 2023. No
substitutions or variations will be provided.
How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message on
or about 5:00 pm CST February 6, 2023. Winner will be required to provide their full
name (first and last), email address and telephone number and respond within 24
hours. Failure to respond within the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of
the prize and Sponsor shall have the option and not the obligation to award the prize
to an alternate winner in their sole discretion. Sponsor may require the prize winner
to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited),
liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations) prior to the
delivery of any prize (collectively, "Affidavit"). If the prize winner is found to be
ineligible, fails to execute, if applicable, the Affidavit or other documentation or
provide complete information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is
returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have
forfeited, and another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of
Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or
incorrect entries or notices even if the result of human error on the part of Sponsor.

General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are
available. No cash value and no refunds on unused amounts. Gratuity is not
included. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except
where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any
prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and
photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
All Employees of Clark Illinois LLC (“Sponsor”), and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc., their agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each
are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries
received.
This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated
with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry and/or participation constitutes a full and
complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this
promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc. and not to Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules
and all decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, participants/winners
agree to release Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated
herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind
caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of
any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that
Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for
advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known,
without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners
acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner
responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or
implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. All information collected will be used
to select a winner and, if applicable, to send future promotional email
communications. If emails are subsequently sent, YOU MAY OPT OUT AN ANY TIME.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with
this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action.  This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or
litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state
courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly
consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of
lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each
Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under
the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL
BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS
PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS
TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND
WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
